Having completed a degree in Law at University of Auckland in 1989, I have worked exclusively in employment law and employment relations since 1996.

During this time I have advised and represented many employers and employees throughout New Zealand at all times trying to achieve the best outcome for their employment related issues.

I combine expert knowledge in employment law with experience and pragmatism.

I can assist you resolve your employment relationship problem and achieve good settlements – if this is in your best interest. I have been successful in defending and bringing personal grievance claims through the Employment Relations Authority and in the Employment Court. I have been involved in Collective Bargaining and in responding to industrial action by a number of unions.

I established my business Michael McFadden Employment Law Specialist Ltd in June 2019.
